This was my first image. Not an extraordinary shot but I was more interested in the snow globe effect created by the glass of the feeder. Part of this project for me is to look at the world as a photographer. I like the different layers of this photo. The lighting is a little flat, perhaps a tighter shot of just the inside of the feeder would of been more interesting. An actual humming bird would also of been sweet to add scale.

This is my year long self challenge to create at least one image a day for a full year. My goal is to improve my technical ability and experiment with new techniques. There are days where I am sure I will fail and days I will succeed. The end result will at the very least be a learning experience for me and others as well.
